Greetings!
PictureOfDon
In college there was a guy who lived across the hall from me named Greg Blake.  Since then we have seen each other around town and our kids went to the same school.  He recently gave a presentation at a tech luncheon.  It is fantastic and right on the money with my philosophy.  I highly recommend that each of you watch this web video.  Do not watch at work..  It is a little long and deserves your full attention, but it is worth it.

Definition for the Week
StrokWeb
This week we look at the definition of stroke with respect to a needle loom.

The Needle Books

For the last few weeks we have been looking at definitions that are related to looms and needling.  If you are involved in the needlepunch industry, you are familiar with both Groz-Beckert and Foster as suppliers of felting needles.  Perhaps you do not now that both of them have excellent catalogs that are also training manuals about needlepunching.  If you have not read both of their publications you need to do so.  I recommend that every lead operator of a needlepunch line read their catalogs.

INDA Glossary
Every week I provide an in-depth definition of a nonwoven term with pictures and drawings.  It is going to take years to go through the important nonwoven terms.  You can get a bunch of definitions all at once by downloading the glossary INDA has compiled.  You can find it at:
