Expressive Painting and Life Coaching
Co-Active Life Coaching is about discovery, awareness, and choice. It's a way of effectively empowering people to find their own answers by encouraging and supporting them on their path as they continue to make important choices. This workshop begins with a brief discussion about the process of discovery and allowing yourself the freedom to access your inner guiding forces. About an hour of discussion will be followed with expressive painting which is a
wonderful mechanism to release your intuitive inner passion. This workshop is a personal journey in a safe
environment and requires no artistic ability or painting experience. The result is an exciting release of energy,
exhilaration and new found clarity. Elisabeth Vismans is an Award Winning artist living in Maryland. She was born in the Netherlands and shortly after she moved to the States in the summer of 2000 she started her art career. She then started her Co-Active life coach business and began to look for ways to integrate art and coaching.
