2010 Theme Statement

The design profession has suffered greatly this past year with layoffs, budget cuts and projects put on hold indefinitely. We believe these archived ideas, projects and dreams deserve to see the light of day. This year's model exhibit HOPE, is dedicated to all the un-built work waiting for its debut. We may not be able to fix the economy, but we can collectively celebrate what will someday become a part of our built world.

While walking the streets of Pioneer Square, become acquainted with early Seattleites and their efforts to give women a political voice; efforts that culminated in the passage of female suffrage in Washington State in November 1910.
