It's a great weekend for the performing arts! FOCUS 2011 returns to the Raue Center stage Saturday showcasing the talents of our community's youth.

Friday through Sunday is Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella at the Woodstock Opera House.

Friday through Sunday is Shakespeare in the Park Festival and Play on the Veteran's Memorial Park gazebo stage.

McHenry County Living is a proud sponsor of Concerts in the Park Thursday evenings at Lions Park in Cary; we also proudly sponsor Concerts in the Park Tuesday evenings at Main Beach in Crystal Lake - see you there!

Saturday, expect the unexpected during Theater Undreground's Improv show at Olive Black in Richmond.

Next Monday is Swing for Kids' Sake Golf Outing at Boulder Ridge Country Club to benefit Big Brothers and Big Sisters of McHenry County.

Next Tuesday is the Community Care Day Blood Drive at BrightStar Home Care in Lake in the Hills - receive a certificate for a free quart of Oberweis Ice Cream compliments of Heartland Blood Centers!
