Greetings!
As we let go of the old images and Ideas , we are reveled a truth, the truth of what feels right, in listening to our spirit, in each movement, as we look at our life ,not as goals to achieve, but as moments to experience. When we let go of our Ego ,then a new truth reveals its self to us. The Truth that we are all here in love and self expression. Learning ,growing, loving ourselves ,finding the greatest love of all and allowing it in,opening our hearts and experiencing ourselves within ourselves ,the totality of spirit and everything that we can receive in each moment, in each breath. Goals are only a direction we give ourselves so we can experience our Spirit ,as we learn to love ,stretch and let go of our egos, and become strong in spirit.

Dirty Girl Mud Run
August 18th
There are 4 spots left and I would love to be a apart of this event , Just to have fun connect with women and to get in exercises.
I am looking for committed ladies to make up a team to get together twice a month to walk and work out together . If you would like to join me ,be a part of my team contact me by Friday the 10th of Feb. at 858 7735
This is just to connect and have fun,it has nothing to do with Touching Tranquility or Arbonne ,Just some great Dirty Girl Fun!
What To Expect
Run, walk, climb, crawl-you will experience it all. With obstacle names like H2OMG and PMS (Pretty Muddy Stuff), you can expect to laugh until your cheeks hurt. But don't worry, if you get to an obstacle that's more than a challenge for you-hey, take one of the detours.
Also expect safety throughout. Expect the competition to go on rain or shine. Expect not to be timed. Expect some crazy team uniforms. Expect to leave with an overwhelming sense of accomplishment. Now, check out the course:
