Thank you!
| A BIG thank you to all of the volunteers who continue to help us get the word out about our services.
|
Spay it Forward
| Our average cost for a
spay/neuter surgery is
about $58. We ask our clients for a $50 donation for spays and a $40
donation for neuters. We alter many pets for free every
week. Your donations make this possible.
Your
tax-deductible donation will go directly toward our mission of ending
the
unnecessary euthanasia of homeless pets in our community.

Greetings!
Happy Anniversary to us! I
would like to say thank you to all of you that helped turn the dream of
the clinic into a reality! We can hardly believe it has been over one year
now since we performed our first surgery on August 10, 2009; however, here we are
one year and 4,500 surgeries later.
According to our mentors at Humane Alliance Asheville, this means that we have effectively
prevented tens of thousands of unplanned litters of unwanted cats and
dogs, saving them from ending up in our shelters unwanted and homeless. We
could not have done this without our incredible veterinarian, staff,
volunteers, generous donors and the support of the business and rescue
community.
Onto year two and our goal of 6,000 more spays and neuters! With all my Gratitude, Pallas Diaz

$25,000 Grant Awarded to CSNC
|
|
It's official! CSNC has been awarded a $25,000 grant courtesy of Florida Animal Friend,
the spay/neuter license plates, to perform targeted trap, neuter, return of
approximately 625 free roaming cats in Collier County. According to national experts Alley Cat Allies : Targeted
trapping is a method of trapping, neutering, and vaccinating an entire
colony before moving on to surrounding colonies in a specific
geographic area. Newcomer cats entering completed colonies are
immediately trapped, neutered and vaccinated.
Targeted
trapping brings about complete positive results. Volunteers employing
targeted trapping, work "smarter, not harder" and this focused process
improves the lives of all cats in the colony.
For more information, or to inquire about how you can participate, please call our Clinic at 239-514-7647.
