Tips for using the DreamSpa
A.M. ENERGY Some people may prefer an extra energy boost in the morning. To experience this boost, use the Renew program first thing in the morning without the Trance feature activated (turn Trance off). Circadian or biorhythms are on the rise from 8am to 10am. Using the Trance feature in the morning may slow down biorhythms just as they are needed to help us wake-up and start moving.
HYDRATION To better facilitate energy retention, drink mineral or spring water or other fluids rich with electrolytes (i.e. coconut water) before each light session. Hydration acts as a "battery fluid" in the body, spreading and holding the light energy longer. Drinking water before and after a light session also helps with any mild detox that may be experienced.
