RFP Guidelines Set for Quality Matters Research 2012 Grants
Quality Matters is pleased to announce the availability of small grants to fund action-based research projects that document the impact of the QM RubricTM, training, or peer review process on learning outcomes.
Typical grant awards will be $4,000-$5,000; higher proposals will be considered. The funding of four to five projects is anticipated. Winning projects will be presented at the 4th Annual QM 2012 Conference planned for October. Applications will be due July 8, 2011. Submit online. Learn More.

As educators, we don't need to use every single media based tool to be successful. Making good choices about tools, based on your learning objectives, helps you stay focused on what's most important.
Description: The July 16 online workshop introduces participants to a variety of media-based tools that can be used in online and blended courses. The workshop pays special attention to aligning the tools with course goals and objectives.
Participants: This workshop is intended for a broad audience, including but not limited to faculty, instructional designers, administrators, and adjunct instructors who wish to understand more about the effective use of media-based tools.
