It seems so long ago now but I hope you had a very enjoyable Christmas. 

 

We are developing a game terrine which will be available during February and as a start in our selection of other people's products we will have local black welsh mountain lamb reared just down the road by very good friends of mine. There will be limited availability of this delicious lamb so please keep an eye on the website from end February onwards.
