As we enter this Thanksgiving season, I am drawn to a passage of scripture which says:
We give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of your love for all the saints
Col. 1:3
You have genuinely blessed the staff and ministry here at GO InterNational. We are especially thankful for your prayers and support in helping us establish new partnerships around the world, add three new staff members, fill our mission teams with great people like you and release the book that Dave Stevens and I have written, Leadership Proverbs. We are also grateful to God just as Paul wrote to the Corinthians:
Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place. For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing.
2 Cor. 2:14-15
That fragrance of Christ is being diffused across the world, from the red zone in Peru to the devastation in Haiti to the villages of Uganda. Christ is being lifted up through medical missions in Mexico and the introduction of our new Community Health Evangelism initiative. New doors are opening in Cuba, France and India and we are planning to walk through those doors as God provides.
Your support has made all these opportunities open to us. We are so thankful to God and to you for what is happening. Would you celebrate with us God's many blessings and send a Thanksgiving offering that would enable us to continue our mission ministry?
