Pastor Keith Waldrop took his first mission trip with GO InterNational twenty two years ago. In the years that followed Keith went on many more trips with GO. While Pastor Keith was on a GO mission team in the mid 90's, the Lord spoke to him clearly about planting a new church in his hometown of Montgomery, Alabama. Keith stepped out in faith and planted Christ Community Church. Today, CCC is a thriving, growing congregation that cares deeply about reaching the lost in Montgomery and all around the world.  

In July, GO InterNational presented Pastor Keith and CCC the Maurice Stevens Global Impact Award. This award is given in memory of the founder of GO, to churches that demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to World Missions. Christ Community Church has certainly demonstrated that commitment by sending their congregation on mission trips, by serving the poor and by generously supporting GO InterNaitonal and many other mission efforts around the world.
