The NC Department of Insurance to possibly raise insurance rates with the largest increases hitting the coastal areas. The NC DOI has announced a public comment session on 10/17/12 at 9:30 AM. Much has happened in this area including national firms who are no longer syndicating listings. Brian's perspective is unique as he crafted the first broker-reciprocity policy (now known as IDX) in the nation. He is actively involved in MLS Policy issues and serves as the general counsel to many MLSs. The morning session will begin at 10:30AM, but seating is limited to 200.
