Coastal Insurance Update: Senate Bill 836 Passes!
Coastal property owners in North Carolina now have more influence than ever on their insurance rates. Last Wednesday, the State House passed Senate Bill 836 allowing property owners to be directly involved in how rates are determined. WRAR Office Closed on Wednesday
Your Association office will be closed this Wednesday in observance of the 4th of July holiday. The office will reopen at 8:30AM on Thursday, July 5th on regular schedule. Please have a happy and safe Independence Day!

Basic Trust Account Procedures Course is
Coming to the Port City!
This course is designed to instruct bookkeepers, whether licensed or unlicensed, about the Commission's rules pertaining to trust account records, maintenance issues, deposits, creating the "clear audit trail", monthly reconciliations, etc. The Commission only offers this course outside of Raleigh once or twice a year. Four (4) hours of CE elective credit will be awarded for completion of the course.
Wednesday, July 25 - 9:00AM to 1:00PM
Instructor: Bart Allen, NCREC Senior Auditor/Investigator
Tuition: $45 Per Person
Session is limited to 40 participants, scheduled according to the date the registration information is received. Walk-ins will be accepted on a space available basis only. Persons reporting late for class will not be admitted and will forfeit the course fee.

Access hours are set to standard time. From April to November, the actual access hours are one hour later than the hours set in the KeyBox due to daylight saving time. For example, if a KeyBox is programmed for access from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Standard Time the actual access hours are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
