MOMables: Picky Eater/Kid-tested/Mom-approved

It's not everyday I meet someone who has such a great idea that leaves me wondering, "Why didn't I think of that before?"

This person is not only a local nolaParent, but she is passionate about all things food, healthy school food.

Meet Laura Fuentes.  NP_MOMables150

She is the Chief MOM and founder of MOMables; a company dedicated to making it easier for parents to give their children healthy and delicious school lunches made fresh in under 10 minutes.

How? By providing the lunch menus, grocery lists and assembly instructions on a weekly basis. The instructions even come with PICTURES!

With school in full swing and I've already repeated the same lunch items my picky kids will eat at least a dozen times, I thought I'd let Laura introduce the company that will revolutionize the way you pack lunch.  Read more...
