I laughed so hard I cried...and then peed.

Well, it's Wednesday...the hardest day of my week. I drop the baby off at Kidutopia (my guilty pleasure), hole up at the CC's on Magazine & 6th and create this newsletter.

And while I post all the links, logos and updates, I also secretly pray to the gods of inspiration that a brilliant idea will enter my head, flow through my fingertips and type what you are now reading.

I know what you're thinking: The gods are elsewhere today.

But I do have something brilliant...it just doesn't come from me. And the idea of including it here was inspired by a fellow bloggess @ Eat. Live. Laugh. and sometimes shop!

A few weeks ago I came across a Facebook post from a really good friend I do not know. Her name is Amy Lawrence. I laughed so hard I cried, and thanks to the birth of two children, peed a little, too.

So, here's to celebrating the brilliance and wit of other mothers. May it bring you as much incontinence as it did me.

Mommy Movement: {heart} your heart

In my last article, I discussed how to Get Fit by Setting Yourself Up for Success. Define one overall goal and then identify 2-3 smaller goals to help you reach your one big goal.

When you start an exercise program, you need to build your aerobic base. To best do this and to obtain results faster, calculate your maximum heart rate and find your training zone.

By maintaining your heart-rate in your specific training zone, you will build your aerobic fitness, optimize the impact of your workout and see results faster! more
