Whew.  So it's 4:08 AM here and I haven't gone to sleep yet.  I just got the final mixes to my CD tonight and I've been up all night listening to them, checking the lyrics, making sure everything sounds OK, thinking about the song order, writing down all the people I want to thank, and somewhere in the back of my mind wondering how I'm going to be awake to get my kids off to school in just a few hours.  I'm feeling euphorically happy, excited and emotional. 

I've taken a bit of a break from gigging since December and I'll be back in the swing of things next week in the Pacific Northwest.  I'm definitely excited to get back on the saddle.  Most of all, I'm blessed to play at Congregation Shaarie Torah in Portland, the synagogue where my Grandfather, Rabbi Yonah Geller z'l, served as the Rabbi for 50 years before his death.
