From Jessica Baron, our Executive Director...
Guitars in the Classroom has been invited
to participate in Green Highways, Bonnie Raitt and Taj Mahal's truly
marvelous campaign to raise awareness and dollars for causes they
champion! Music education is among their priorities this year and
Guitars in the Classroom thanks them and the Guacamole Fund for
including us. If you will be attending one of the shows below, we hope
you'll drop by the Green Highways area, say hello, pick up some
literature, and get acquainted with our local GITC staff and
volunteers. We deeply appreciate each person who is doing something to
help GITC provide music making in American schools through grassroots
teacher training programs. GITC is growing each day with a little help
from our friends. Looking forward to seeing you soon or one of these
days.
