   All HotBlocks are EPA approved for metals digestions. Blocks are made from Teflon-coated graphite and other non-metallic materials. Use the SC154 or SC100 HotBlock to digest 50mL samples.   
   Use disposable, polypropylene digestion vessels (SC475), with our 50mL blocks. Disposable digestion vessels eliminate the need for glassware and associated cleanup, are certified for low metals background and do not require acid-washing prior to use. Graduated vessels can be capped and used for storage, eliminating transfer steps.

   When a larger sample size is required or preferred, the SC150 and SC151 HotBlocks are designed for the digestion of 100mL samples. These blocks use 125mL disposable, polypropylene vessels (SC490).
   All HotBlocks come with polycarbonate racks to make loading and unloading of samples easier.
