The Nana Projects presents Alonzo's Lullaby

Puppeteers from the Nana Projects company manipulate cutouts made of plastic and acrylic gels in an overhead projector to create figures akin to shadow puppets to weave a tale of madness, passion, and intrigue inspired by the 1918 wreck of a circus train. Downtown Detroit Days/CityLoft Shuttle
The Somerset Collection's pop-up retail space, CityLoft, returns to Woodward Avenue this weekend, July 26-28. In conjunction, a number of Michigan-based retailers and organizations (including the DIA) will be participating in Downtown Detroit Days, held at the former home of J.L. Hudson's department store. Shuttles will be running from Somerset Collection CityLoft and Downtown Detroit Days to the Farnsworth entrance of the DIA on a continuous loop from 11 AM - 2 PM, July 26-28, giving DIA visitors the opportunity to take the shuttle down Woodward to experience this retail event, as well as bring CityLoft/Downtown Detroit Days visitors to experience the museum!
