Early Discount Rate
 Just a reminder,
the early discount rate
on booth space for Pittcon 2013
is approaching.
Reserve your space
by July 16 and pay $2300/booth. After July 16 the cost for each booth is $2700.
We will need a completed booth space agreement and full payment by the July 16 deadline to qualify for this rate. |

Pittcon 2013 Floor Plan
By now everyone should have received a large printed floor plan in the mail. Please note the areas marked with cross hatches (///////) are where islands are allowed to go. We also permit smaller booths to go into this area as well.
Move in schedule: When selecting your booth space, please note the move in schedule printed on the floor plan.
Exhibitors going into Hall A will not be able to move in until Thursday, March 14, 2013.
Halls B - E will be permitted to move in on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. |

Hanging Banners
For those exhibitors planning to display a hanging banner, due to the ceiling height in the PCC, the top of the banner can be no higher than 24' from the floor. In cross-aisle booths, the bottom of the banners over the aisle may not be less than 15' from the floor.
Hanging banners are permitted to be displayed over islands, peninsulas and cross aisle configurations only.
