At this time the first round of booth assignments has been completed. You should have (or will soon be receiving) your signed booth space agreement, booth assignment and other important information in the mail.

Exhibitor Service Manual

The Service Manual (e-Manual) will once again be posted on
our website under the Exhibitors Tab by late October. In order to save money on items you may need
for your booth (electric, carpet, furniture, etc.) we highly recommend ordering
by the advance pricing deadline. We will
email all Pittcon 2011 exhibitors when these forms are posted.

Pittcon 2011 will again be providing a series of large video monitors in Centennial Park on which exhibitors can display a short marketing video. Exhibitors are also welcome to submit a video for posting on our Exhibitor Videos page.

Promotional Opportunity Spotlight

Please take a minute to review some of the promotional opportunities still available for Pittcon 2011.
 Get your name in front of registered Pittcon 2011 conferees. By reserving the Stairway Decals Promotion, your company name will be featured on the main staircase leading conferees to the Exhibit Hall at Pittcon 2011.
The popular Souvenir Inserts are an effective, low cost promotion at Pittcon 2011. Simply send in the promotional piece of your choice and we will then insert it in the souvenir bags distrubuted to conferees.
