During the Exhibitor Survey and at the Spring Exhibitor Meeting many of you suggested ways to improve the Pittcon experience for Exhibitors. Please read below for the changes being made for Pittcon 2011, we hope these changes continue to make the booth set up process a positive one.

Complimentary Wi-Fi During Booth Set Up
|

Pittcon is pleased to announce that complimentary Wi-Fi will be available on the Expo Floor from 8:00 AM Wednesday, March 9 through 9:00 PM Sunday, March 13.
Please note that once the show opens up you will need to purchase an internet package in order to have internet access. Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in the public areas of the Georgia World Congress Center during Conference week. |

Shuttles Available During Booth Set Up

To assist in your booth set up for Pittcon 2011, there will be shuttles running on Thursday, March 10 through Saturday, March 12 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
 The shuttles will run every 30-45 minutes between the Georgia World Congress Center and the Marriott Marquis, Marriott Downtown, Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn.
The regular Pittcon shuttle service will start on Sunday, March 13. |
Promotional Opportunity Spotlight

Take a minute to review some of the the promotional opportunities still available for Pittcon 2011.
 If you are looking to get your name in front of conferees as soon as they pick up their registration badge, the Lanyard Promotion is perfect for you. By reserving this promotion your company name will be featured on the official Pittcon 2011 badge lanyard.
Another way to increase your booth traffic is with the Pittcon  Passport Promotion. This low cost opportunity is a great way to provide conferees with an incentive to make sure to stop by your booth. Conferees must visit your booth to get their Passport stamped to be eligible for a prize drawing on Thursday, March 17.
