Booth Locations
The 2011 Floor plan has been mailed to all
exhibitors. If you do not have a copy you can download the PDF file
from our website. If you would like a
large plan mailed to you, please email daugherty@pittcon.org and
provide us with your complete mailing address.
Please note the layout
of the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) when selecting your space this
year. You will notice columns every 90' on the floor plan. Where these
columns are located, the booths along this area do not meet back to
back. There is a 2 ½' gap between the booths. We will not be placing
any islands or peninsulas in this area due to this gap and the extra
space.
For example, if you look at booth 2735 & 2834 you will
notice the gap between these booths. If we placed a 20' x 20' in this
area (2735, 2737, 2834 & 2836) it would end up being a 22 ½' x 20'
space potentially causing problems with the carpet. If you are
selecting a peninsula or island this year, please select space between
these columns.

Hanging Banners
The GWCC has a 30' ceiling height. For anyone displaying a hanging banner above their booth this year, please note the maximum height the top of your banner can go is 26' from the floor.
If your banner will not meet these specifications, we do have an opportunity for you to display a hanging banner in the lobby area. You will need to supply the artwork for a 5' x 15' banner which will be hung from the ceiling in high traffic areas of the lobby of the GWCC. The exhibitor will work directly with GES on the production and installation. The normal cost of a lobby banner is $4,000 each plus production and installation costs. Due to the hanging banner height restrictions we will offer these lobby banners at the reduced price of $3,000 each plus production and installation costs.
For more information on this promotional opportunity, or to learn what else is available to drive traffic to your booth, please contact Pam McDonald at either 800-825-3221 x. 202 or mcdonald@pittcon.org
