This is the March newsletter for Jen Grisanti Consultancy. I will be doing them every month. If you have something that you feel is appropriate for me to promote in this forum, please contact me. My goal is to offer you great tips as well as inform.

My second month was incredible! I more than doubled my client base. I am very grateful to the community for all your support. The referrals have come from so many different places. The one on one approach is making a real difference. I am seeing tremendous results on the page. It is very rewarding! One of my clients was staffed on a Current show off of a pilot we worked on together. Others have received strong feedback from the representatives as well as studio executives.

Many people are asking what my process is. I begin by meeting a potential client for a free consultation. I listen to what their needs are with regards to helping them get to the next step of their career. Then, I send them an e-mail with two to four proposals ranging in cost and value. I custom design these proposals to best fit what they need. After choosing a proposal, I send them a contract, we set a first meeting and we begin. With regards to me helping clients find an agent and or manager, I need to work with them on a script consultation first, see what their process is and if their level of writing is where it needs to be. If it is, then, the agent/manager service will be available to them.

This month, I am working with a lot of clients on getting their pilots in the best place possible before handing them in. I have 12 feature clients. In addition to script consultation, I am also helping clients with their careers.

The food is great! There is a strong variety at reasonable prices. Starters include delicately fried rock shrimp and scallion fritters as well as a savory leek and goat cheese tart paired with shaved fennel. The juicy, tender Angus pub burger with sweet balsamic-onion relish is a popular entree choice while fancier main dishes include delicious braised pork shank and a Southern-inspired, lightly battered cornmeal-crusted catfish. A bounty of booths and wooden banquettes surround an open kitchen and a flat screen TV, where a thirsty, after-work following clamors for affordable food and drink. The new menu has preserved the Arango fave the duck burger with gouda cheese and cherry ketchup. Also offered are an array of chalkboard specials, raw seafood appetizers, cheese plates and inventive--but still accessible--options for lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner.

The duck burger is INCREDIBLE! It's a very friendly place. It's great to meet for drinks or to have dinner.

SYNOPSIS

COMMENTS - This book is fantastic! It really gives you strong insight into the future. I loved learning about Lulu.com in it. Anyone can publish a book on this site and if it does well, the writer gets 80% of the profits. Who knew!

A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose by Eckhart Tolle

Synopsis

Building on the astonishing success of The Power of Now, Eckhart Tolle presents readers with an honest look at the current state of humanity: He implores us to see and accept that this state, which is based on an erroneous identification with the egoic mind, is one of dangerous insanity.

Tolle tells us there is good news, however. There is an alternative to this potentially dire situation. Humanity now, perhaps more than in any previous time, has an opportunity to create a new, saner, more loving world. This will involve a radical inner leap from the current egoic consciousness to an entirely new one.

COMMENTS - I love this book! Oprah is doing her big web event on this book because it is that good! You can look into it at oprah.com. It's about the ego. God knows with working in the entertainment industry, we can all benefit from learning about this! It's about connection with self. It helps you to find your true purpose. You will love it!
