Friday March 15th, 2013
The event starts at the Columbus Convention Center with a Meet & Greet at 6:00 pm. Registration at 4:00 pm with a Light Buffet (CASH BAR for those who want it)
Ivan Bailey will be speaking at 8:00 pm
SATURDAY March 16th
8:00am leave to go to Westville (buses leave from Trade Convention Center for those who want to ride the charter bus)
Arrive at Westville at 9:00 am
Pete Renzetti,Ivan Bailey, Dimitri Gerakaris will be scheluded to demo in the Alex Bealer Blacksmith Shop and any items made will be auctioned off back at the Convention Center that evening.
The local guilds will also be set up around the blacksmith shop with their stations demonstrating and making items we can auction off as pieces made at this 40 year reunion of ABANA.
We will close at 5:00pm and return to the Trade Convention Center in Columbus Ga. at 6:00pm
Dinner will be at 7:00pm at the Trade Convention Center with Heavy Buffet and cash bar (for those who want it) and Pete Renzetti as our evening keynote speaker.
Auction of the items made that day at Westville will be at 9:00pm
SUNDAY MARCH 17th
9:00 am Heavy Breakfast Buffet
Speaker Dimitri Gerakaris will read the mission statement he wrote for ABANA 40 years ago on this exact day.
Awards will be presented as will the raffle drawing of the Anvil (need not to be present to win)
TICKETS $10.00 each (This is a joint fund raiser for ABANA and
Westville so ABANA gets 5.00 and Westville gets 5.00)
