We need former Newsletter Editors to volunteer for the Joe Humble Newsletter Editor of the Year Award Committee.

Three volunteers are needed to make this award happen. Any past or present ABANA Affiliate Newsletter Editor may serve on the committee.
Those serving on the committee are not eligible for the Joe Humble Award.
The selection criteria will be given to the committee members when they are identified and that criteria will be sent to all Newsletter Editors after the committee has discussed them so Editors making nominations will know how their nominees are being evaluated.
The Joe Humble Award has not been awarded for several years now due the prevalent use of electronic means of communication and the lack of ability of the central office to collect and distribute the nominated newsletters in an electronic form. These problems have been resolved and we hope that with your help we can re-ignite the award holding true to the intention it began with.
The inspiring pictures, processes, ideas and stories have been and are tremendous assets to the ABANA family through the Affiliate Sharing program and this is but a small way to recognize the diligent and hard work that our fellow Editors put into making that happen.
