The LiveChat staff are only to help guide you on the CH site, answer basic order questions, give you direction on spirits or spells that can help you with certain situations, direct you to the SRA application, put you on the fasttrack to getting forum access, etc. 
 
There will also be a flash-based application that will provide you with a basic site tour around the CH website!
