Chocolate Goat Truffles
 

These hard to find delectable gems melt in your mouth.  They are hand made at Briar Rose Creamery in Dundee, OR with farmstead goat cheese and carefully sourced cocoa.  Simple and elegant truffles, reminiscent of chocolate cheescake.   Buy a few to share with your Valentine or come in and get some for yourself - these won't be available for long!
