Greetings!
I hope this newsletter finds you well and happy.
My Quizzical Critter as seen in the photo above reflects my feelings about the snow that is still here. Disbelief? You bet. And all that white stuff in the background of the photo is snow, not clouds and blue sky.
The picture below is of the first sunset of Daylight Savings Time. I love all that new light.
And speaking of new, my newsletter this month will update you on new work, new classes, and news around my creative world.

In case you missed it last month, I am still the current Featured Artist on Foremost Focal Beads, an internet site that sells handmade ceramic and glass focal beads.

They are featuring a selection of my handmade ceramic pendants and beads.
This is a great site that has recently been featured on the ArtBeadScene Blog.
Thanks to Amazon.com two of my Raku videos are now on my website. They take a few minutes to load so please be patient. They are in the section called Learn How! Books, Web Videos, Classes. You will also find my Ceramic Bead Making videos there.
New!!Freeform Peyote Stitch Bracelet Kit is now available on my website. I have been teaching this class for many years and recently a customer convinced me to make it into a kit. So here it is:
Product Description
This is a kit to make a free form peyote bracelet in the colors shown in this photo. Kit includes 10 different bead packages, 4 handmade raku fired ceramic beads by artists Mary Harding, thread, button for clasp, Nimo D thread in Black and 3 number 10 beading needles and a bead stopper. Kit also includes a photographically illustrated directions booklet that explains how to make the bracelet. However, since this is free form peyote the directions are general, not bead by bead. But they are lavishly illustrated with closeup photographs of the beads pictured on the cover. Booklet is included with the kit as a hardcopy but will remain available to purchaser of kit as a free PDF Download as well. |
