2011 Safe Grad Night Volunteers Needed!

Safe and Sober Grad San Marin It's that time of year! Safe Grad Night 2011 is next Thursday, June 16th at Rolling Hills. We are in need of food and beverage donations AND if you can volunteer at the event ... it would be a great help and lots of fun!

Even if you don't have a graduating senior, you soon will, and it takes many of us to make this party one to remember for the Class of 2011.

Food Donations needed:

1) Bakers! - we need peanut butter cookies, snicker doodles, choc. chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, Rice Krispie treats, bite size brownies, etc. We would like a total 5 dozen of each kind (so each dozen counts!!) We prefer all home made if possible, not store bought. Please let us know via email the kind and quantity you can help with so we don't have 35 dozen choc. chip. :)

2) Veggies! - Need purchase and preparation of veggies for two large trays consisting of: cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks (or baby carrots), cucumber, jicama sticks, celery sticks, and red bell pepper. We also request no pre-made trays please. We will provide the trays and Ranch dressing. Veggies can be given to us in baggies!

3) Fruit! - Need purchase and washing of strawberries and grapes. We have trays.

4) Coolers! -would like to borrow 7 regular size coolers and 2 large coolers for ice.

Volunteers - Safe Grad Night is not only fun for our newest Alumni (Class of 2011) ... but fun for our volunteers too! We ask for your help in 3 hour shifts. The following shifts are:

Finally, if you would like to help but can't donate time, we welcome gift cards to local businesses like Costco, Smart & Final, Safeway, Lucky. If you'd like to donate a gift card please email us first so we don't end up with too many from one place.
