Goal - Minimum 40% participation Rate
We need your help to achieve the minimum 40% participation rate for the NUSD Parent Survey, which is currently much lower than 40%! All parents and Guardians are welcome to participate.
So, please take a moment, fill out the survey, let us know how we perform and the kind of improvement you would like to see for your students --

Please fill out One Survey for Each Student, whether they are in the same school or not.
The results are used for district-wide and site-based decision making.
Two Options for Completion
Online - Simply click NUSD ANNUAL PARENT SURVEY and complete the multiple-choice questions, and hit the "submit" button. You are done!
Hard Copy - The survey is also available in both English and Spanish. Hard copies in both languages are also available at San Marin High School front office for parents who prefer to use a hard copy.
Any hard copies completed must be returned to Nancy Zanardi, San Marin High School Office Manager to be tallied.
Note: Please complete one survey for each child you have enrolled in the Novato Unified School District. (For example, if you have one student at San Marin High School and one student at Sinaloa Middle School, please complete two surveys-one survey for each student.)

Nota: Por favor completar una encuesta por cada niño que este inscripto en el Distrito Escolar de Novato(por ejemplo si usted tiene un estudiante en Novato High School y otro estudiante en San Jose Middle School favor de llenar dos encuestas es una encuesta por cada estudiante)
