Vendor Profile:  Artisano's Oils and Spices

The concept for Artisano's Oils and Spices came from owner David Burcham's travels abroad.  David discovered fantastic olive oils and succulent spices during his adventures, but found it nearly impossible to buy most of these treasures locally upon his return home.  It was then that David decided that traveling around the world shouldn't be the only way to take an international culinary journey and thus, his desire to bring those ingredients to Indianapolis was born.

Artisano's features a wide variety of plain and infused olive oils, balsamic vinegars, salts and spices.  Stop by their booth to for a little taste and ask about their favorite oil and vinegar pairings, which go great with farm fresh salad greens.

And don't forget Artisano's accepts checks and credit cards, even at the market.
Baby Greens with Olive Oil

1 pound mixed baby greens such as frisée, baby spinach, arugula, etc
3 tablespoons high quality olive oil
1 teaspoon coarse salt
