As I spent time searching for an appropriate photo for this month's newsletter, I learned a bit about American History.  Did you know that the tradition of Memorial Day dates to the time directly following the Civil War?  The Southern practices of laying of wreaths and visiting cemeteries to honor fallen soldiers were instituted in the Northern States.  Following in long-standing tradition, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to the past and present military men, women, and their families.  As my 13-year old son Tyler says, "Thank you for your service."
