Beat the Heat - August 2011 Classes

It's a scorcher out there!

Have you heard?? The best way to beat the heat this summer is to get involved in the activities at the Sew & Quilt Shop! Do you believe the summer is almost for all the school kids in Flagler County? You KNOW what that means...time to STUFF the BUS!!! We need your help to make school clothes & backpacks for the underprivileged children in our community.

We have the fabric - we need your sewing talents! Join us anytime 8/5, 8/6, 8/12, & 8/13 and support the Flagler Education Foundation & the STUFF Bus program. Additionally if you have any fabric that you'd like to donate, it will be put to good use to benefit our community. Donations of new school clothes, shoes, class supplies, & toiletries are also gladly accepted. Click on the video above to see inside the S.T.U.F.F. Bus.

Although, we still have a bit of time in July - can you believe we have the August calendar ready?! We have "Sew" Much Summer Fun Kids' Camp ready to go August 8-11. Calling All Yarnies - our Critters (Crocheters + Knitters = Critters) Sit & Stitch is growing - join us the first Monday of each month! Want to learn to crochet or just brush up on the basics?
