As we take a day to celebrate and observe the freedom on which our great nation was founded, let us too take time to honor those who fight so valiantly to keep our independence safe - the men and women of the U.S. Armed Services. This holiday weekend, amid family gatherings and parades, consider:
- Displaying the American flag at your home or business
- Thanking the military families that may live in your neighborhood for their service to our country
- Participating in your community's Fourth of July commemoration
- Calling a veteran you know to acknowledge their sacrifice
