SMC prepares FAQ for Simplified, but Certified mail
|
Dear SMC Members:
Where did the year go? It is half over already.
I have spent much of my time the last few weeks working on our survey
efforts and answering questions about SMC's proposal for simplified. I
have included an updated Q&A paper I prepared to help answer questions and
to separate our idea from proposals that have been made, and shot down, in the
past and other ideas that may be discussed about unaddressed mail. Download here.
Hope you all have a great Fourth of July.

Book Reviewer can provide excellent copy for your publication
|
|
(Paid Announcement)
I'm a book reviewer for 265 newspapers and magazines around North America (including the Washington Informer) , and I'd like to be YOUR book reviewer.
As someone who loves books, I also love matching the right reader to a story they'd enjoy. I read 4-6 books a week and in that mix, you'll find an African American author and a children's book each week; business books every other week; true crime, health, and a Latino author at least once a month; audio books, books for teens and rural concerns, biographies and novels.
Reviews are sent out over the weekend, so they're waiting for you on Monday morning when you get to work. They always come with a jpeg of the cover. The copy is clean and the word count is stable at 500-507 words. A head shot and bio are available to use. You would be welcome to choose what you want to run; everything I do is available to the people I work with. The cost is $10 per review, available weekly or bi-weekly. Should you want two a week, the cost is $15 per week. Running reviews on your website comes at no additional charge.
I can be reached at 608-782-BOOK or at bookwormsez@yahoo.com. I look forward to hearing from you.
