We're just 3 weeks away from what promises to be the highlight of the fall vintage racing scene here in the US: The long anticipated "Porsche Rennsport III' at Daytona International Speedway the weekend of November 2-4.

'Rennsport III' is being touted as the largest gathering of Porsche racing cars in history. The 25th Anniversary of the introduction of the Porsche 956/962 will be observed with nearly 30 examples of that classic type expected to participate. If that's not enough, it's rumored that no less than 20 Porsche 917s will be visiting Florida next month. Other assorted classic Porsche race cars and the drivers who made them famous are also scheduled to attend (check out the Rennsport Website for the latest information).

If you're going to be at Rennsport, make sure you look for the Motorsport Collector tent in the vendor area. In addition to our normal selection of books, quality die cast, DVDs and artwork, we will be presenting a new collection of giclee prints by famed Motorsport Artists Michael and Graham Turner. The collection will feature paintings from the Turner archives of famous Porsche racing cars, most of which have never been available as prints before.
