CRAMER PRODUCTS ACQUIRES STROMGREN ATHLETICS of HAYES, KAN.
Cramer Products, Inc., regarded as an industry leader in the manufacturing and marketing of sports medicine and physical education products, has announced that it has acquired Stromgren Athletics of Hays, Kan. Stromgren develops and distributes sports medicine, compression and protective performance apparel. Stromgren will operate independently from Cramer, with no changes to its staff or operation in Hays.
Cramer also honored for its employee stock ownership plan
Cramer Products is also pleased to announce that the ESOP Association has recognized the company as a Silver ESOP Award winner. The Silver ESOP Awards honor companies that have sustained an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) for 25 years or more. Cramer established its ESOP in 1985 and all 44 eligible full-time employees participate.
