Meadowbrook's Acute Rehabilitation Program is Medicare certified, as well as certified by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in Acute Rehabilitation and Traumatic Brain Injury. The Acute Rehabilitation Program is an intensive program designed to help the individual, who has suffered an injury, disorder, or illness, regain their highest level of independence and return home within the shortest amount of time. The focus is a multi-disciplinary team approach to rehabilitation, and the team includes, Rehab Physicians, Rehab Nurses, Psychologists, Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists, as well as other specialized disciplines that an individual may need during their rehabilitation stay.
