It's Official... Gardner Farmer's Market Announces New Location and Dates for 2010!!

GardnerFarmersMarket2The 2010 Gardner Farmer's market will be located in Trade Net Publishing's parking lot -- 1200 Energy Center Drive (just west of Wal-Mart). The new market dates are Thursdays from June 17 - September 9. The hours of operation will be 4:00 p.m. until sellout. The move to a new date and location allows the market organizers to expand the number and variety of vendor offerings and provide visitors with safer access, paved parking and more room to roam.

Melanie Gieringer, Market President notes, "We have some surprises in store for this year's market too! We encourage residents to follow us on Facebook and watch our website for updates throughout the season." Our website address is http://gardnerfarmersmarket.com

The Gardner Farmer's Market is a private corporation run by local citizens for the purpose of selling locally produced fruits, vegetables, flowers and food products. Started in 2009 by a group of local residents, the Market is still managed by volunteer vendors and serves the cities and communities around Gardner , Kansas.

For information on becoming a vendor, please contact either

Melanie Gieringer - Market President, 913-893-9626, or Delbert Sawyer - Market Manager, 913-856-8050.
