Greetings!
Play with the Pro
I am excited to announce the first set of dates for Play
with the Pro for 2011. This is a great opportunity for
me to be able to see how you are taking your
lessons to the course and managing your game.
They will be conducted at
Admiral
Baker South Golf Course, with the exception of the one on March 28th which will be played on Admiral Baker North. If
these times do not work with your schedule, please let
me
know and we can find a time that does. If you would
prefer to play a par 3 or executive course instead,
please let me know and I can set that up.
The nine holes should last
anywhere from two to two and a half hours. You
are welcome to share this invitation with your friends
to help complete your group. Our group will consist of
myself and three students. The fee for one golfer is
$120
(green fee and cart included). If you would prefer to have the group made up of yourself and one other person, than the fee is $150 per golfer and if you would like to have the session alone, the fee is $250.
Available packages for Play with the Pro and
private
lessons:
- Play with the Pro and a half hour lesson: $170
($10 off normal half hour rate).
- Play with the Pro and an hour lesson: $220 ($20
off normal hour rate).
- Play with the Pro and a package of six half hour
lessons: $420 ($30 off normal series of six rate).
Admiral Baker South
Admiral Baker South is located 1 mile east of
Stadium Golf Center and is normally only available to
the military. It measures 6,061 yards and has a par of
72. Golfers are allowed and encouraged
to continue playing as many holes as they can once
the nine hole playing lesson is completed. The course does present quite a
few challenges off the tee and gives the golfer a few
different options as to how to play each hole.

2010 National Club Professional Championship
Last year, I competed in the 2010 National Club Professional Championship. I played very well and finished in a T23rd, out of 312 professionals. I missed qualifying for the 2010 PGA Championship by just two strokes.
A good friend of mine made a short highlight video of the tournament. The video is about 2 minutes long and includes an interview at the end with The Golf Channel, who televised the event.
