This award is given annually to the person(s) who, by their hard work and direct effort, made a material difference in our Encinal community. Winners generally chair a committee or provide leadership in organizing an event or program.  Examples of their dedication to our school include one or more of the following: vision (identifying new opportunities),  leadership (enlisting and motivating other volunteers), innovation (using their creativity to discover a new solution), fund raising (soliciting resources for our school) or fostering an enhanced a sense of school community (awareness, inclusion and participation).
