    Ultimate-Body.com Newsletter March 2006

    Hello Again!

So how is your body looking these days? Spring is in the air and swim suit and shorts are just ahead. Kids are going on Spring Break, trees are starting to bud and lawn mowers are starting to fire up. My question for you is, are you ready for summer? How about those Saturday or Sunday afternoon barbecues? Are you going to have to wear clothes that hopefully look "slimming" again or are you going to get to wear the smaller, fun clothes for a change this year? You realize, it truly is up to you. It isn't too late to make a huge change and have a terrific summer!

Read this newsletter, several times if you need to, and get inspired. Decide to make a change for once in your life. If you are already underway on your program, dig deeper, push harder. If possible, forward this newsletter to someone else (there are easy links at the bottom to use.) The very act of forwarding it to someone else may help inspire them to start a fitness program somewhere soon and perhaps change their life forever!

I hope you enjoy this issue! There is a great success story about James P. (shown below in his old pants) from the Frisco 645 PM class and there is a great recipe plus lots of other helpful information as well. Remember, if you have any questions or suggestions, please send them to me! I am happy to help you in any way I can.

Finally, there is another hidden RIDDLE/CLUE in this issue. The riddle/clue will stand out to you because it is out of place, but remember, this is only the starting point. Please don't email me the riddle/clue from this newsletter. Use this riddle/clue to find out the answer I am looking for. Be the first to email me at ron@ultimate-body.com with the correct answer and win a free t- shirt. The answer and winner to last month's riddle/clue are at the very bottom of this newsletter. Have fun! -Ron

inside frisco What is an Ultimate-Body Transformation?
The key to a newer, happier you

Is it really possible to lose weight and/or get fit in a very short time? Yes. Will it happen over night? No, but in a period as short as 20 weeks, yes. Is it easy to do? No, but it isn't the hardest thing to do either. It just seems that way before you actually do it. My Ultimate-Body Transformation program has been developed over the years and has been the key to change for so many people now. But, where did it come from? How did it get started?

The concept of an "Ultimate Body Transformation" started back when I was a police officer and part- time personal trainer. I had many of my clients wanting to do "Body-For-Life" which is a 12 week program designed by Bill Phillips. Participants go through a series of upper, lower body and cardio workouts and follow a specific nutrition plan.

The problem with doing "Body-For-Life" in a personal training situation is that there are a total of 72 workouts within the 12 weeks. Obviously, this becomes very, very pricey. So, with that in mind, I started doing the "Body-For-Life" program for small groups.

Over the years, I have modified and perfected the original concept to what is now my own unique system for transforming a person's body in about 20 weeks. We take on cardio, resistance training and nutrition and throw in a large dose of daily accountability to boot. In the end, a person can make incredible changes. If you are interested in this type of a transition, there is a new cycle starting March 27 at both the Frisco and Plano locations. Some of the classes are full or near full so contact us as soon as you are interested! ron@ultimate- body.com 214-232-0730

    james pee Success Story
James P. makes a change for life in 16 weeks!

About 16 weeks ago a new class started at the Frisco studio. The problem with new classes is that no one in them generally has any idea of how the Ultimate-Body program works. Such was the case with this class.

This class of "newbies" took about two weeks to get going. There were several days of demonstrations on how to lift weights, what body parts were worked on what days, etc. Then, of course, there is the nutrition part of the program which took days to learn. In all, there was probably closer to 14 weeks of actual training for this class.

James P. and his wife Way Way were two members of this inaugural class. I am very excited to say that both of them have accomplished Ultimate-Body Transformations. I am featuring James in this issue. As you can see, 16 weeks ago James was what most people would call a "normal" overweight, unfit male. Thankfully, James wanted a change. He wanted to get fit and healthy. After a short 16 weeks of hard work in the "Ultimate-Body Transformation" class, I can honestly say "James, you did it. Outstanding!" Watch out for Way Way in an upcoming issue. She has made incredible changes too and will be a featured Success Story soon!

    food Hot Texas Taco Recipe
    From Body-For-Life.com

4 egg whites and 1 egg yolk, beaten, mixed with a splash of skim milk or water and a dash of McCormick "Santa Fe" Spice Blend 2 Tbsp diced red and/or green bell peppers 1/4 cup, scant sliced scallions 1/4 cup diced lean ham 1/4 cup sliced baby mushrooms, white or Portabella 2-3 grape tomatoes, halved cilantro, fresh or dried, to taste 2 Tbsp Fat Free "Tomato’n Basil" Feta Cheese Hot Salsa for topping Olive oil in a mist bottle sprayer or cooking spray in a can (though not as economical and definitely not as tasty!) You can make this delicacy stove-top. We love it baked on "low-broil" for about 8-10 minutes or until light and fluffy. Heat an omelette pan thoroughly and mist with olive oil. Add ham, and all the veggies except scallions and grape tomato halves. Stir-fry for a minute, or until slightly softened. Transfer to a small bowl. Reheat and re-mist with olive oil, if necessary. Add egg mixture, stirring gently, until semi-solid. Spread the veggie mix on top, decorating with the grape tomato halves and feta cheese. Place into the oven on "low- broil" for a few minutes, topping it with scallions just before it is done. Serve hot, topped with cilantro and salsa.... or you can take it "on the go", in a whole wheat wrap or stuffed into a multi-grain pita half.

yvonne h Winner of the Scotty P's Dinner for Two
    Yvonne H. Scores!

Yvonne from the Plano 545 PM class was the winner of the dinner for two to Scotty P's Restaurants. The contest was open to anyone paying their March 27 cycle payments before Wednesday. We will have another drawing for something fun again next week. Thanks to Scotty for the meals and remember that he has several items on his menus that you can eat on the Ultimate-Body Program.

I wasn't the father that had three sons, but I was the father of two - though one of them could have been an animal, in name at least. But before you knew me as a father, I worked for the Father. Who am I and what did I do for the Father? My son would have said that I was "swell."

The riddle/clue last month was: There is a house that you would probably not live in, but someone might, on a ledge that boldly says I Love You without speaking a word. The answer is as follows: A mile and a half off the coast of Massachusetts and twenty miles southeast of Boston Harbor, Minots Ledge Lighthouse protects the shipping lanes for miles around. This lighthouse has always flashed a special series of lights in the pattern of 1-4-3. To many people, this became known as "I Love You."

Rob F. in the Plano 530 AM class won a specially made Ultimate-Body t-shirt with his name on the back. Good job Rob. Now, have you found the riddle/clue in this issue? Do you know the answer?
