Please read through this newsletter and forward (by using the "forward" link at the bottom of this newsletter) to anyone that you think could benefit from it. After all, the simple fact that you sent this to a friend or family member may help inspire them to change their life and health for the better. What a wonderful thing!

One other thing, there is a contest for you to try your luck at within this newsletter. Just look for a sentence in the text of this newsletter that is totally out of place. This is a clue to the answer I am looking for. If you are the first person to respond with the correct answer to newsletter@ultimate-body.com you will win a new Ultimate-Body T-Shirt!

    New Classes Starting February 27th!

There is a whole new cycle of the Ultimate-Body Transformation starting Monday the 27th of February. Participants in the Ultimate-Body program follow a very specific protocol for weight training, cardio and even nutrition. With the warmer months coming up, this is the time to start.

If you have often thought about joining a program like this, maybe now is the time. In fact, it seems that most people wait until the warm weather gets here to start working out since they believe that they can get fit and look good by summer. Unfortunately, once the warm weather gets here, it is too late to try and make it by the summer.

There are classes at the Frisco (Main St.) location from 5:30 am to 8:30 am, a new one starting soon at 8:30 am, there is another one going on at 9:30 am and then a whole second set of classes from 5:45 to 9:00 pm. Some of them have a waiting list and others have space available for you right now. Please do not delay if this is what you are needing!

    Success Story!

At Ultimate-Body, it is my absolute intention to deal only in success. One of the 5:30 am Frisco Transformers named John Culver is just one such example of this.

When John started, he was a typical, overweight and out of shape man who really looked like he was not in very good health. The good news was that he had made the decision to change that. In his efforts to improve his health and his life, John came seeking my help in achieving a body transformation.

I knew early on that John would be successful. You could see the desire for change in his eyes when he talked to me. He spoke of failing health and some hard times that he had been through. He went on to add that he had been put on medication for Diabetes, that he had high cholesterol and wanted to lose weight.

As you can tell form the photo above, John has physically transformed himself. Since October 10th when John started the Ultimate-Body program he has lost 55 pounds (more than that of actual bodyfat), he has lowered his cholesterol from 270 to 122, his blood pressure is as low as mine is and he has been taken off of the diabetes medication.

In talking to John about his transformation, he said that his whole attitude about himself has changed. He said that where before "I used to just try to blend in, now I walk straight and hold my head high." Obviously John has gained confidence that he did not previously have.

I personally am very proud of John and his accomplishments. He has shown a commitment to his class and to his training partner that is noteworthy. I expect that John will continue to improve and be a real contender, not only in the Ultimate-Body Transformation Challenge, but also in his new life. Congratulations John, You Rock!

Where Can I Eat On The Go?

People are always asking me where they can eat when they are out on the road, driving from one appointment to another or while lugging the kiddos around. The answer is "just about anywhere."

Well, maybe not "anywhere" but "most anywhere" is more accurate. What I means is this, you can go to Taco Bell and order chicken soft tacos, chicken and cheese only. When you get it, pull most of the cheese out and only leave in the bit that has melted into the chicken. Tear off the top of the tortilla down to the chicken inside and eat!

How about McDonalds? They have a great assortment of salads and chicken sandwiched. They also have other items from fruit cups to yogurt parfait. There is a house that you would probably not live in, but someone might, on a ledge that boldly says I Love You without speaking a word. Remember that these items still need to fit within the confines of your daily caloric/carb limits.

Places like Dickey's Barbecue have great chicken breast dishes, baked potatoes, green beans and turkey plates. One of my favorite restaurants, Scotty P's has not only great chicken tenders but also a wonderful #13 Papoo Chicken Sandwich (get it on a wheat bun and ask them to hold the butter and mayo.) Scotty P's also has great salads and yes, even a rocking turkey burger.

There are great chicken sandwiches, salads and carious other items at most restaurants but it is up to you to find them and most importantly, order them! Skip the triple decker cheese burgers and fries and go for the good stuff that will look so much better this summer in a pair of shorts and fitted t- shirt!

    Boot Camp News

As many of you know, the Plantation Resort 2 homeowners association decided recently that we could no longer hold boot camp classes at the community park there. The reason given was that they wanted to plany rye grass to make the park nice so that people would want to come use it. Makes sense to me. Ok, not really, but we respect their wishes and are currently looking for a new location to start classes back in the spring of 06. We will keep you informed!

    End Notes

In closing, please note that there is a scheduled social night for March 11th at a local Frisco restaurant for all of the Ultimate-Body Transformers and their families. We will announce the location soon so keep that evening open if you can. There is always a good time including push up contests on the restaurant floor and lots of "cheat meals" taking place.

Also, I would like to welcome both Wayne and Angie as our two newest trainers. Both of the are Cooper Certified and have lots of knowledge when it comes to getting people fit and healthy.

Remember that there is the new cycle of classes starting Monday the 27th of February and that they will end on June 17th, 4 days before the official start of summer. We also have personal training in our studios during non-class hours, in home personal training and now even on-line personal training for people who live too far away from our studios to join the classes or to come in and train.

If you or someone you know needs to join the Ultimate-Body Transformation classes, please contact me through ron@ultimate-body.com or through the website at www.ultimate-body.com
