Bring your family and have some fun at Frisco's
newest attraction, STRIKZ bowling and more. There
will be fun and games and a chance to hang out with
your workout class as well as meet many
others who train in the other classes. This is one of
our normal "restaurant raids" so be prepared to
contend in our push up contest. The three matches
will be 7, 7:15 and
7:30 so be there in plenty of time to gear up before
the rounds. It will cost $7 per person for a round of
LT. We can only get about 16 in per game, so some
of us will just have to sit back and laugh at the
others.
