addresses issues effecting fuel economy? Be sure to
include ways to educate your customers of direct
actions they can take and how your shop can help
them properly care for their investment. It is scary to
talk fuel economy with a customer and be sure never
to guarantee results on performed services. It is
interesting none the less that proper maintenance will

them of open recall campaigns is a great way to
develop repair order counts with customers
concerned about safety. These are the customers
willing to spend money to improve their family's safety
with maintenance. Mandate daily contacts with
verification to insure a solid team effort
