The Cost of Fuel is Too High

It is true the cost of gas today is high. The opportunity that has developed is that every one is concerned about fuel economy. We should all consider it a customer service to inform and educate the customer on ways to get the most out of every gallon of gas. Clean air filters, proper air pressure in tires, fuel injector spray patterns, and clean fluids are just a few ways to improve fuel economy. Be sure your staff informs the customer how we can help conserve fuel.

  • Every One is Slow Its Not Just Us
  • I often hear managers explain poor repair order counts because the tool man or factory rep said so. Good managers will never accept a slow day. They market specials to customers. They use open recall lists to inform customers of their needs. They call fleets, tow truck operators explaining we can provide a quick turn right now. Other dealerships have vehicles on the used car lot that need recalls performed. Why not contact them offering to check open campaigns?
