Open Recall Contacts

Use open recall list to contact customers informing them of needed repairs. This will show concern and bring them into your dealership to have the recall performed. This is a wonderful way to steal customers from your competitor as you build repair order counts. The effort will bring in customers concerned about safety that are easer sold needed maintenance items. Offer other local dealerships to have their used car recalls performed by you checking their vehicle iVIN as needed.

Greetings!

Many shops are facing challenges increasing repair order counts. This month let’s look at ways to develop positive results improving customer counts.

  • Customer Only Sales Events
  • Contact customers by phone when schedules are light informing them of a customer only sales event with low cost oil changes or other labor operations. It is best to run events like this no more then every two months. A free 28 point inspection to get ready for vacation is a timely item.
