A leading Silicon Valley VC recently called T3 the "unbroker." He told us "you don't sell space, you don't own buildings. You help clients build great workplaces and great companies. You are the unbroker!"
We've been reflecting on his comments as we celebrate T3's 10-year anniversary and how accurate they are. There are literally thousands of brokers throughout the U.S. selling office space. We're not one of them. T3 has a clear focus and that is to help our clients solve real estate challenges. We sell real estate solutions.

T3's Silicon Valley office is on fire! Since opening earlier this summer, we have hired some fantastic professionals, had literally hundreds of meetings with entrepreneurs, venture capital firms, tech-focused service providers and existing clients. The innovation economy has embraced us and we are thrilled to do our part to support the ecosystem. We have attended many cool events like the 2011 San Francisco Pitch and we are sponsoring a variety of events including an upcoming tailgate at a Stanford football game with 75 entrepreneurs. T3 has landed in Palo Alto. The Silicon Valley area will never be the same!
