Troops celebrate Holidays at Christmas Parade!
Service Unit 609 at Ridgecrest Christmas Parade. Over 100 Girl Scouts were in attendance and they had 9 alumnae riding on our float: the oldest was 91 years old!
Lamont Troop 507 participated in the
Lamont Christmas Parade.
The theme was Christmas of the Eras.
The girls danced Rock around the
Clock in front of the judges.
Troop 507 was presented a trophy for first place best youth group.

Troops 2227, 2243, 2249, 2385, 2497 and 566 were all part of this year's
Clovis Christmas Parade.

Angels of Grace

We loved seeing SU 10 from Porterville,Bakersfield Troop 562, and Bakersfield Troop 2796 stop by the council office to drop off their donations!
Congrats to SU 10, SU 14 and SU 12 for making our 100 toy goal!! They won a cookies and cocoa party!

Troop 2227 from Clovis
presented a check to Andy Souza, from Community Food Bank for $225.00. They donated a portion of their nut sales to help feed over 22 families for one week this holiday season!
Gold Award recipient
danced in the Nutcracker! Philena from Troop 537 in Bakersfield has been a Girl Scout since kindergarten and is currently a senior in high school. She performed in the local Nutcracker show this winter: this was her ninth year performing.
